Candidate Photo Guidelines

Let’s get those photos right the first time.

The strongest profiles feel authentic, social, active, and visually clear. Our goal is to help you present the best version of yourself — and avoid delays caused by unsuitable uploads.

Ideal Profile Formula

• 2 close-up face photos
• 2 full-body photos
• 2 lifestyle/activity photos
• 1 social or travel photo
Profiles with strong initial photos are typically reviewed and activated significantly faster.

What Works

The goal is realism with polish.

The best profiles feel aspirational but believable. Think attractive, socially calibrated, active, and emotionally warm — not overly curated or heavily filtered.

Example Category

Elegant & Evening

Elegant photos communicate confidence, femininity, polish, and social ease. These are often among the highest-performing images in a profile.

Avoid These

Most rejected photos fail for predictable reasons.

We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for clarity, authenticity, warmth, and accurate representation.

Heavy filters or excessive editing. (No AI photos!)
Duck-face or overly posed selfies
Low-light blurry nightlife photos
Group shots where we cannot tell who you are
Photos wearing sunglasses in every image
Old or misleading photos
Photos hiding your body shape
Screenshots or cropped social media images

Identity Verification

We will need to verify your age.

If you are concerned about sensitive information on your driver's license, you are welcome to prepare it as shown here so that we can briefly view it during your interview call.

As long as we can clearly see your name, date of birth, and photograph, you may cover details such as your address and license number.

You may also upload a prepared photo of your ID if that is easier. This is very helpful for our verification process. Thank you.

Final Tip

Think less “Instagram.” More “best version of real life.”

The strongest profiles feel natural, social, emotionally warm, and visually clear. A good profile should feel like someone people would genuinely want to meet.
